Print "Scarecrow Puppet" pattern onto white cardstock.
Color and cut out shapes.
Punch holes where indicated and assemble pieces with brads as shown.
Cut and glue small pieces of raffia onto ends of arms, legs, and below rim of hat. Let dry. Trim excess raffia if necessary.
Glue the head, body and hat onto the dowel as shown. Let dry.
